I’m the same way if I don’t work out or eat right, I feel like crap, I’m grumpy, I need my fresh food and exercise. I used to fiend for cheeseburgers and ice cream, now it’s fruit and vegetables. Netflix? No thanks, I’m going for a run. I thought I was fine before, I didn’t realize how much energy it was actually possible to have. I eat as light and healthy as I can during the day. Hard-boiled eggs, tuna, apples, bananas, basically filling fats/protein and low caloric density real foods.
