When I was a kid I would perform a dorsiflexion movement when kicking a medicine ball around the house as well as Awesome Snooki Santa I’m A Good Person Christmas Shirt nice gains. I have to really start focusing on keeping the wrists locked on those, and triceps pushdowns. Reverse cable flies (both standing and bent over), rear delt pulls (face pulls from kneeling), delt flies on an incline bench, and one arm pullbacks on a cable machine (both standing and bent over). Those are my favorites. I’ll find a link for pics on the arm pull backs. Its hard to explain. But I’m on mobile so gimme a second haha. I like to do 3 sets of 10-12, no rest, back to back. It burns pretty good And isolates the rears

I really like doing the stretch where you hold a bar (not a barbell) and put your hands on it in front of you with Awesome Snooki Santa I’m A Good Person Christmas Shirt bring it all the way around your head and to your butt while keeping your arms straight. Called a shoulder dislocation or something. Doesn’t really dislocate your shoulders but it’s an awesome stretch and I have TOS (thoracic outlet syndrome) which is a compressed nerve/blood vessel. This exercise has really helped out with that. They are called shoulder dislocates and they should NOT be done with a barbell. Rather, with something very lightweight like a broomstick or resistance band. You will injure the fuck out of your shoulder if you do it with a barbell. Otherwise, it’s a great stretch and one I highly recommend for soldier flexibility.
