I was so nervous. Like there was so much going on and so many people talking at once I could barely keep up. And only said like a couple of other things, but it all went great. I was really nervous I would say something and my voice would give it away and then they would all turn on me, but everything went well! That’s okay. Everyone is comfortable with different things at different points in their transitions. And if you don’t think your voice is ready for any VC, there’s no shame in that. Yeah, it’s terrifying, but when one dude says you sound like a “freak in the sheets”. And three of them ask for your Snapchat, you know things are going well.

I assume you’re not on puberty blockers or HRT because you can’t be. But that would be the best option asap, and then you can focus on recovering whatever you’ve already lost. I would recommend asking on the trans voice sub and seeing if they have any advice for teenagers going through puberty wanting to do voice training. Someday I’ll manage a passing fem voice.
