I hate the people that preach people in debt or with eating issues are lazy/stupid/need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. It’s hard to have a good relationship with money/food when you don’t have a good relationship with yourself. & it’s easier for outsiders to see the consequences of our actions. I will go through cycles of being super into fitness and working out a ton and then just stop one day, inexplicably, and it takes a while to get back into it.
