We call it the car test, just you and a friend in the car (think road trip) and for hours on end no awkward silence. Just pleasant silence. That’s when you know you’ve made it. I also think its ridiculous that people are demonized. For not speaking…for not being loud or obnoxious, for not chatting rubbish. My best friend and I rarely ever speak to each other.
