Today was less fab: I spent an hour and a half in a student government meeting (though it could easily have been three hours), and it was chilly again, after two or three days on which I could wear shorts. Oh well, can’t win ’em all. Plus my boyfriend salvaged a memory foam mattress pad that some undergrad had left behind. It won’t make the bed bigger, but it will be easier on my back. That’s difficult because my favorite band is the Beatles, and they wrote so many songs that there are a lot of bad ones. But I’m gonna go with Run For Your Life. I’m wearing a pair of orthopedic ones right now and knitting a pair of convertible gloves/mittens for next fall. They’re also my solution for loving to knit socks but not liking to wear knitted socks.
