You could show it to someone who has never heard of AC. And they’d understand and probably enjoy it. Then they neglected virtually everything that made the first part good. And the first part did some very obvious things that were good. Whoever made Pacific Rim 2 decided “Nah, we do not need any of that”. So it’s a nice shirt.
