Plus, as I’ve now been made aware through comments in this thread that the author, Brandi Mankiewicz had a “heel” writer gimmick for PWI. So, no vitriol should be directed towards her. Not only is that just incredibly rude but hot damn was that man so fucking wrong. Seth grew up to be absolutely fucking handsome, not to even say he was particularly unattractive when he was younger. Which he wasn’t in all honesty. It was all the rage to be the cynical asshole heel writer. Everybody seemed to be doing it, also in show recaps/reviews, and it got very annoying, very fast.
